This notice is issued under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation. Personal Data We Process

When you visit the site or get in touch, we process the following categories of data:

  • Identity data: first and last name.
  • Contact data: e-mail address, phone number.
  • Customer transaction data: the project details and message you send through the quote form.
  • Transaction security data: IP address, browser and device information, visit logs.

Purposes of Processing

The data above is processed only for the following purposes, and only as far as they require:

  • Answering your questions, requests and quote enquiries, and staying in touch with you.
  • Conducting pre-contractual discussions and delivering the services we agree on.
  • Measuring how the website is used and improving its performance.
  • Meeting the retention, disclosure and reporting duties that legislation places on us.
  • Keeping the site and our systems secure and preventing misuse.

Legal Grounds

Our processing rests on the following grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law:

  • Direct connection with the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c).
  • Compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller (Art. 5/2-ç).
  • Our legitimate interest, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (Art. 5/2-f).
  • Your explicit consent, for non-essential cookies and marketing activity (Art. 5/1).

How We Collect It

Your personal data is collected by wholly or partly automated means: through the contact and quote forms on this site, through e-mail, phone and WhatsApp when you reach out, and through cookies. Non-essential cookies run only if you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from the same screen.

Transfers

We never sell your personal data or pass it to third parties for their own marketing. The minimum data needed to run the service is shared with our hosting provider, and — where you have given explicit consent — with Google LLC for measurement and advertising. That sharing is a transfer abroad within the meaning of Article 9 of the Law and rests on your consent.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as the purpose it was collected for requires, and for the limitation periods legislation prescribes. Once that period ends, the data is erased, destroyed or anonymised. Cookie data expires by itself at the end of the periods stated in our cookie notice.

Your Rights Under Article 11

By applying to the data controller you may exercise the following rights:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed.
  • Request information about it if it has been processed.
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly.
  • Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom the data has been transferred.
  • Ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected.
  • Ask for the data to be erased or destroyed, within the conditions of the Law.
  • Ask that corrections and erasures be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to.
  • Object to a result reached against you solely through automated analysis.
  • Claim compensation if unlawful processing has caused you loss.
