This website and the services offered are operated by Nixeny Digital (Kıvanç Taşcı). By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

At Nixeny Digital, we offer the following digital services:

Payment Terms
Projects are typically billed at 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. Special payment plans can be created for larger projects. All prices are exclusive of VAT, and payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights remain with Nixeny Digital until the project fee is fully paid. Upon full payment, usage rights for the project files are transferred to the client. Nixeny Digital reserves the right to use projects as references in its portfolio.
Warranty and Support
A 30-day technical support warranty is provided for delivered projects. Technical issues that arise during this period are fixed free of charge. User-caused errors and new feature requests are outside the warranty scope.
Limitation of Liability
Nixeny Digital cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of services. Our liability is limited to the service fee received in all cases.
Termination
Either party may terminate the contract by providing written notice. In case of termination, payment is made for completed work. Deposits are non-refundable for client-initiated terminations.
Governing Law
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, Mersin Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
